Teaching Personnel are seeking a passionate and dedicated Teacher of History to join a welcoming and thriving secondary school in the Alton area. The successful candidate will be joining a supportive Humanities department and will contribute to delivering an engaging and enriching History curriculum to students across Key Stage 3 and 4.
Your responsibilities will include:
Planning and delivering engaging, high-quality History lessons in line with the national curriculum
Assessing, recording, and reporting on student progress and attainment
Contributing to the development of curriculum materials and departmental resources
Participating in departmental meetings, CPD opportunities, and wider school life
Promoting high standards of behaviour and discipline in line with school policies

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
