What You’ll Do:
* Prepare and issue quotations for both new and existing customers, as well as overseas agents.
* Work closely with the Sales team to help identify opportunities and support business growth.
* Handle and coordinate Ocean Freight Shipments, including both LCL and FCL import & export.
* Manage Air Freight quotations and bookings both efficiently and accurately.
* Arrange and confirm bookings with carriers and service providers.
* Provide support to the field sales team where required, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
What We’re Looking For:
* At least 2 years experience in Ocean freight forwarding sales.
* Strong understanding of pricing weight/measure, incoterms, and freight cost calculations.
* Proactive and confident communicator with excellent customer service skills.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
* Team player who can also work independently and take initiative.
