The Role
As a Majestic Trainee Manager, you will undertake a 12-month development programme designed to equip you with operational, service, and leadership skills to progress towards a Store Manager role. You will follow a structured training pathway, supported by your Store Manager, to set you up for future success.
Key Responsibilities
* Represent the store as an ambassador, supporting the team to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
* Drive store performance by maximising sales opportunities and improving KPI metrics.
* Deliver exceptional customer service to foster loyalty and repeat business.
* Provide a VIP concierge service, proactively engaging with customers about products and tastings.
* Share your passion for our range through tastings and product knowledge, supporting your WSET qualifications.
* Maintain the store’s appearance and operational standards, including stock deliveries and merchandising.
* Identify opportunities for operational improvements.
* Ensure compliance with internal policies, safety, and legal requirements.
* Engage in personal development and support junior team members.
Knowledge & Skills Required
* Experience in a fast-paced, target-driven retail or hospitality environment.
* Ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
* Strong problem-solving, communication, and time management skills.
* Passion for learning about wine and achieving WSET qualifications.
* Valid UK/EU/EEA driving license for at least 12 months with up to 6 penalty points.
