The Copthorne Hotel Manchester are seeking an experienced Front Office Supervisor to provide a warm welcome, helpful and efficient service to guests

As Front Office Supervisor, your key responsibilities include:
* Providing a friendly and efficient service to guests, ensuring company policy and procedures are complied with, consistently
* Dealing with guest queries/complaints promptly and communicating with the Duty Manager, as appropriate
* Providing accurate shift handovers ensuring all items requiring attention are detailed in handover diary and the shift checklist is completed to the required standard
* Ensuring all reports are updated regularly throughout the day
* Ensuring all information is communicated to the relevant department in the interest of providing excellent customer service
* Assisting the Front Office Manager with the smooth running of the department, including supervision and training of the Reception team
We are keen to hear from applicants with the following:
* Previous Reception experience within a quality hotel
* Excellent knowledge of computerised Front Office system, e.g., OPERA
* Excellent communications skills
* A positive, 'can do' attitude
* The ability to work well under pressure
* Excellent customer service skills
* Ability to work on a rota basis, including weekend work. Typical shifts are 07:00-15:30 or 14:30-2300, as the business requires
