Were looking for a commercially focused and strategic Head of Sales & Marketing to lead the next phase of international growth for a fast-evolving medical technology company. This senior leadership role reports directly to the CEO and comes with full responsibility for delivering revenue targets, driving market expansion, and leading a high-performing global team.
The successful candidate will oversee both sales and marketing operations, ensuring a coordinated, data-driven approach to business development and brand positioning. Youll be responsible for building and executing a global sales and marketing plan, identifying new revenue opportunities, and expanding into untapped markets. A key part of this role includes managing and growing a network of international distributors, ensuring they are aligned, supported, and high-performing.
Youll lead a cross-functional team across multiple regions, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation. As the team grows, youll play a hands-on role in recruitment, onboarding, and mentoringensuring the department scales in line with business objectives.
