What you will do:
Conduct comprehensive initial assessments in line with the Mental Capacity Act and the Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards frameworks.
Prepare detailed and precise Best Interest Assessor reports to ensure individuals’ rights and best interests are upheld.
Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to support best practice in every case.
Keep abreast of relevant case law and legal updates to provide informed guidance.
Engage with individuals, families, and colleagues with excellent communication to promote understanding and consensus.
