Role: Indirect Procurement Manager
Salary: Up to £75K + Excellent Benefits
Are you an Indirect Procurement Manager looking to lead exciting transformational projects? Do you have experience in business partnering and delivering complex end-to-end sourcing projects across the Indirect category (HR/Pro Services or FM, Property)?
This role is part of a wider campaign across Group Procurement, offering a fantastic opportunity to play a key part in the procurement function.
Key Responsibilities:
* Operate at a highly skilled level to coach the business through sourcing processes, enabling market readiness.
* Build multi-year sourcing and category strategies using market data and industry trends.
* Develop and lead strategic supplier relationships with key stakeholders.
* Drive commercial value and cost management across various Indirect Procurement projects.
Requirements:
* Strong influencing and leadership skills, with the ability to negotiate credibly with suppliers and engage with executive management.
* Results-driven with a proven track record, adaptable to fast-paced change and transformation.
* Ability to identify benefits through contract lifecycle management.
* Experience in financial planning, delivering procurement and business targets, including forecasting and budget submissions.
Experience:
* Procurement experience in HR & Professional Services or Property/FM, with evidence of leading complex sourcing activities.
* End-to-end sourcing, supplier, and category management experience.
* Understanding of the Financial Services regulatory framework.
* Ability to influence and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
* Self-motivated, tenacious, and focused on delivery.
* Degree or CIPS qualification.
