Role Description
This is a full-time Hybrid/Remote role located in Bridgend for a Technical Sales Director. The primary responsibility will be driving sales growth through business development, managing sales strategies, and overseeing sales operations. The role also includes engaging in presales activities, identifying new market opportunities, building client relationships, and providing leadership to the sales team. Collaboration with technical and engineering teams will be essential to ensure customer requirements are met effectively.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in Sales, Sales Management, and Sales Operations
* Experience in Business Development and identifying market opportunities
* Proven skills in Presales and client relationship management
* Strong leadership abilities to guide and develop a high-performing sales team
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Understanding of industrial or energy-related products is advantageous
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
* Ability to travel internationally
