Mornings 8 am to 12 pm

We are looking for a Care professional, with a compassionate heart who wants to make a true difference in the quality of life of our clients to join our team in Kensington and Chelsea. As a Caregiver, you will be able to provide an environment where our clients can live as independently as possible in their own homes with your support.
Responsibilities may include:
* Companionship
* Accompanying your client to appointments or a visit to the shops
* Meal preparation and light housework
* Building strong professional relationships
* Assistance with personal care and taking medications
* Daily exercise
* Support clients to get ready for the day
What does being a Caregiver involve?
* Minimum 1-hour visits
* Shadowing before care starts with trainned care professional
* Introductions to all new clients
* Caregivers matched clients based on hobbies and interests.
* Visiting the same Clients for continuity of care and to allow you to build meaningful relationships
