We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Shopify Customer Service Representative for our growing branded e-commerce store. This is a long-term opportunity for someone who wants stability and growth.
What we expect from you:
- Excellent written English (clear, professional and natural)
- Ability to follow templates and SOPs precisely
- Ability to think independently and create strong, appropriate replies when needed
- Understand the customer's question and respond directly and clearly
- Strong internet connection and stable working environment
- High availability and willingness to work many hours
Bonus (not required but preferred):
- Experience with Shopify
- Experience with customer support tools (e.g. Freshdesk, Gorgias, Zendesk)
- Basic understanding of e-commerce operations (orders, tracking, refunds, disputes)
Your responsibilities:
- Answer customer emails and tickets quickly and professionally
- Handle order issues, tracking questions, refunds and complaints
- Follow our internal SOPs strictly
- Escalate important cases when necessary
