Valley Care are recruiting for 2x Senior Night Carer to join our team based at Harrison Park in Hull.
Harrison Park is a supported living scheme where our Care Workers provide life‑changing care and support that enables vulnerable adults of all ages to live fulfilling lives.
We currently have the following openings available:
* 2x part time night Senior Night Carers
* Shift patterns – 19.00 – 07.00
* Potential for over time
* Both positions will be working on a rota basis – hours and working days to be discussed at interview

Key Accountabilities
* Writing person‑centred care plans
* Carrying out new client assessments and risk assessments
* Undertaking Mental Capacity Assessments and completing Best Interest Decision paperwork
* Leading on client reviews and undertaking any resulting actions
* Medication reviews and audits
* Monitoring the quality of care delivered through spot checks in the field
* Delivering care when required
Person Profile
* Good knowledge and understanding of working with Local Authority Contracts and CQC legislation
* Proficient IT user
* Exceptional Time management and ability to prioritise and organise workload
* Exemplary customer service
* Excellent Communication skills
* Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
* High attention to detail
* Passion for high quality and care standards
* Computer literacy to include Microsoft Word and our own roster system (training provided)

* Applicants must have previous experience in health and social care
