The current Headteacher will be retiring at the end of the academic year, and the Governors are seeking to appoint a highly motivated, dedicated and inspirational new Headteacher with a commitment to inclusion and continuous school improvement, to take up the post in September 2026. We are seeking: A new Headteacher who will demonstrate a strong commitment to promoting the ethos of the school, who will be approachable and visible around the school to children, staff, parents and carers. An individual who will motivate, inspire and develop staff whilst also ensuring well-being is valued and promoted as a core value. A leader whose motivation is to help every child achieve to the best of their abilities and who understands individual children’s needs and the wide range of factors that can impact upon their well-being and achievement.
