We are currently recruiting for a Chef De Partie to join our team at one of our conference venues in Birmingham, B4.
This is a permanent position working 40 hours per week, 5 out of 7 days on a rota basis.

We’re seeking a passionate Chef de Partie who values work-life balance and enjoys working in a collaborative kitchen environment. A positive attitude and eagerness to learn are essential, as we encourage our chefs to work across all sections to develop their skills and maintain a strong team dynamic.
Ideal Candidate Will Have:
1. Solid experience across various sections (pastry, breakfast, street food, a la carte, etc.)
2. A passion for exceptional food and outstanding guest service
3. Good knowledge of food hygiene standards (NVQ Level 2 or equivalent)
4. Excellent culinary and knife skills
5. Good organisational and communication skills
6. The ability to work independently and as part of a supportive team
7. Eligibility to work in the UK
Duties & Responsibilities:
8. Prepare and cook dishes for a range of services, including breakfast, BBQs, lunch, dinner, private functions, and conferences
9. Assist in creating weekly menus alongside senior chefs
10. Maintain high standards of food hygiene and health & safety
11. Demonstrate strong knowledge of stock control and reducing food waste
12. Be flexible and willing to work across different sections of the kitchen
