You’ll work alongside an existing PSL, supporting a team of over 60 corporate lawyers, including partners, who handle a wide range of high-value and complex transactions. Your key responsibilities will include: Monitoring and updating the team on key legal developments in corporate law Working with the Knowledge Management Team to implement innovative tools that enhance efficiency and client service Developing and maintaining internal knowledge resources, including precedent banks and best practice guides Delivering training programmes for fee earners at all levels, ensuring the team stays technically excellent Providing technical legal support to fee earners, assisting with research and complex queries Producing client briefings and thought leadership materials to enhance market presence What’s on Offer?
