We are seeking an exceptional talent to provide industry-leading customer service through the accurate and timely processing of outbound and delivery queries to protect and grow the customer relationship. You will act as an advocate for the customer within TD SYNNEX relating to after-sales management processes and procedures.

Job Purpose:
To achieve individual and team profit targets while providing outstanding service to TD SYNNEX’s customers, maintaining high levels of accuracy, efficiency, and service quality.
Responsibilities:
* Achieve monthly/quarterly revenue and margin targets.
* Provide accurate and timely quotations to customers.
* Obtain and maintain accreditations in vendor programs.
* Build and maintain relationships with a set of accounts, providing excellent operational support.
* Develop relationships with internal and external contacts.
* Understand vendor license programs and provide product information, pricing, and promotions.
* Ensure compliance with service level agreements.
* Promote the benefits of using TD SYNNEX and our value proposition.
* Explain the MS CSP Cloud program to clients and internal teams, including providing demonstrations.
* Support the internal CSP sales team and collaborate with Business Development Managers.
