If you're organised, confident with admin, and comfortable juggling changing priorities, you’ll fit in well. What you’ll be doing * Raising and tracking purchase orders, logging information accurately * Speaking with suppliers about lead times, delays, and pricing * Keeping supplier records up to date and organised * Supporting the sales and rental teams with order admin and goods in/out paperwork * Assisting with transport quotes and booking deliveries/collections * Handling customer and supplier queries via phone and email * General admin support for managers and directors What you’ll need * Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail * Confidence speaking with suppliers and customers * Good working knowledge of Excel and Outlook * Comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment * Clear communicator with solid telephone manners * Able to build relationships and stay calm under pressure Why it’s a great role ...
