To be successful in this role, you will have previous management or supervisory experience within a spa, wellness or hospitality environment, alongside a genuine passion for guest experience and team development.
You’ll be:
1. An approachable and supportive leader who motivates and inspires their team
2. Highly organised with strong operational and commercial awareness
3. Confident managing standards, rotas, stock and budgets
4. Experienced in delivering high levels of customer service
5. Calm and solutions-focused when handling guest concerns
6. A recognised spa or beauty therapy qualification is required, along with experience working within a hotel or luxury spa setting
