As a Land Manager, you’ll play a key role in identifying, sourcing, and acquiring land opportunities for residential development. Your insight and market knowledge will help shape the region’s future housing pipeline, while your ability to build trusted relationships with landowners, developers, and planning consultants will position you as a go-to expert. You’ll be responsible for managing the full land acquisition process — from initial appraisal through to agreement — ensuring that every opportunity supports our growth and aligns with developer demand.

What we’re looking for in our Land Manager
6. Experience in land acquisition, property development, or estate agency with a land and planning focus
7. Strong understanding of land valuation, planning processes, and market trends
8. Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
9. A commercially astute mindset and a proactive approach to opportunity generation
10. Full UK driving licence
