Adult and Community Learning Skills Coach to start 9th or 16th February, Interviews asapCommunity based delivery across South Yorkshireto £32k Permanent Full Time, 25 days hol plus bank holidays, christmas and birthday off, Healthcare, vouchers, team events, progression opportunitiesThe Adult & Community Learning Skills Coach will deliver high quality teaching, assessment, and learner support across a range of short, community-based adult learning programmesfunded through the South Yorkshire Mayoral Combined Authority (SYMCA) Adult Skills Fund (ASF). Delivery will take place across community venues and programmes will range from short courses (minimum 15 days) to longer programmes (up to 20 weeks). The role supports adults aged 19+, many of whom may face complex barriers to learning, including mental health challenges, autism, low confidence, unemployment, or previous negative experiences of education.Do you enjoy seeing the difference you make to peoples lives through your amazing coaching and teaching ?
