We are looking for a committed and values-driven Social Care Co-ordinator to join our Enquiry team. This role is key to delivering an enhanced customer experience that promotes wellbeing for local residents in their communities. Key Responsibilities: Lead the day-to-day management of the team, ensuring high standards of practice, quality, and performance. Respond promptly to urgent enquiries, including safeguarding alerts.
