Monday to Friday School hours **
Seeking a proven sales/stock administrator, this is a wide-ranging role, incorporating stock inventory management, customer & data management and wider customer support. This is a newly created role, supporting a fast-paced customer centric team.
Job Duties:
1. Stock inventory management
2. Receiving and processing customers’ orders
3. Managing the customer and data management system
4. Raising sales invoices and credit notes
5. Taking card payments via an online system
6. Opening new accounts and updating customer records accordingly
7. Wider customer support
Key Experience required:
8. Previous sales order processing experience is required
9. It literate – Word & Excel
10. Organised and methodical approach
11. Confident telephone manner
