* Manage and support a small team of Assessment and Case Coordinators, fostering a high-performing culture.
* Oversee statutory processes in line with the Children and Families Act 2014, ensuring that legal requirements and best practices are met.
* Work closely with the SEN Manager and Head of Service to enhance and evolve SEND services.
* Support Families & Professionals: Engage with parents, schools, health professionals, and other stakeholders to ensure a child-centred approach in all decision-making.
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven experience in leading and motivating teams within SEND or a related field.
* Strong knowledge of SEND legislation, policies, and best practices, with the ability to navigate complex cases.
