The role of assistant café manager is to help oversee and manage all aspects of a café’s operations to ensure its smooth and successful functioning. This role includes a wide range of tasks, combining leadership, operational, and administrative responsibilities.
This role requires involvement in cooking as well as assisting the kitchen staff during peak periods.
You will assist the Manager with stock inventory once a month, as well as placing orders with catering suppliers.
Qualifications
* Having a Food Hygiene Certificate is desirable.
* COOKING EXPERIENCE ESSSENTIAL.
