We're an ambitious team of over 175 people across the UK & US and not stopping there. We're growing fast, and we're looking for another Resource Manager to join our Operations team.
You will take responsibility for managing, scheduling, and optimizing resources across the agency. Working closely with our Operations Director, you'll balance team happiness, commercial success, and quality of work through sound decision-making.
You will collaborate with Project Managers and Traffic Managers to drive efficiencies, improve productivity, and look after the wellbeing of our delivery teams.

What you'll be doing:
* Resource Management: working with the Operations team as the central point for all agency resource management, scheduling & planning resource in response to project plans, new business, and account growth requests.
* Allocation: ensuring the right skill set & experience is matched and allocated to each brief and scope of work, with a consciousness for cost, and ensuring our gross margin targets are met.
* Systems Management: responsible for the overall administration and management of our agency management software, Productive. Ensuring data is accurate, managed efficiently, and meeting best practices.
* Effective Processes: driving efficiency in our resourcing processes to enable accurate measurement of our time and management of our scopes of work.
* Monitoring Pipelines: working closely with the Client Services and New Business teams to monitor the New Business & Account Growth pipelines, ensuring we have the right resource coming into the business at the right time.
* Monitoring, Measurement & Reporting: providing regular reports on recovery, pipelines, and scheduling accuracy to our Operations Director.
Who we're looking for:
* At least 2+ years of experience working in a similar resourcing role (preferably in an agency).
* A brilliant communicator with a collaborative mindset; you understand the diplomacy, empathy & tact needed in this role.
* Organized, agile, with an eye for detail; able to work at a fast pace and keep our data up-to-date.
* A problem-solver who wants to take ownership and implement new processes to drive improvements across the agency.
* Good understanding and comfort working with various software, with good Excel skills.
