Job Overview
The Night Porter is responsible for overseeing the hotel's operations from sundown to sunrise. This hands-on role involves managing guest expectations and maintaining brand standards.
During the night, the team ensures smooth operations while guests sleep. Your responsibilities include managing the Food & Beverage Department during the night, welcoming guests, maintaining public areas, cleaning, and preparing meeting and event spaces for the next day.
You will assist guests with luggage, handle inquiries, and conduct nightly Health and Safety audits. Organizational skills and excellent communication are essential.
Requirements
Experience in a similar role is beneficial; night shift experience is essential.
Work Schedule
We operate 7 days a week, 365 days a year, offering flexible shift patterns. Opportunities for evening and weekend shifts are available, with details discussed at interview.
