Key Responsibilities:
Service Scheduling: Maintain vehicle service schedules to ensure legal compliance across multiple fleets.
Supplier Coordination: Book and schedule work with our network of repair and service partners.
Job Progress Management: Chase updates, record progress, and keep systems accurately updated.
Quality Assurance: Vet inspection and service documents, ensuring vehicles are compliant before returning to service.
Breakdown Handling: Manage unplanned events such as breakdowns and defects, from start to resolution, keeping customers informed.
Estimate & Authorisation Workflow: Oversee approvals and authorisations via email, portals, and phone.
What Were Looking For:
Experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused or automotive/fleet environment
Strong Excel skills
this is essential for managing data and tracking compliance
Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and multi-task
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
A self-starter who can take initiative but also work well in a team
