Join our dynamic finance team as a Credit Controller, where you’ll play a key role in supporting our branches and ensuring smooth financial operations. This isn’t just about chasing payments — it’s about building strong relationships, resolving queries efficiently, and helping teams follow best practices to keep everything running smoothly.
You’ll collaborate closely with branches, regional managers, and external partners to provide guidance, manage queries, and support account reconciliations. Your attention to detail, proactive mindset, and excellent communication skills will help drive improvements across our processes.
What you’ll bring:
2–3 years of credit control experience (BTC preferred)
Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills
Great communication and problem-solving abilities
A proactive, team-focused attitude
