Head of Talent - Digital Creators
Location: Soho, London | Hybrid
Salary: Up to £100k DOE
Our client is seeking an experienced Head of Talent to lead their talent division, with a focus on digital creators and internet-native talent. This senior leadership role is responsible for overseeing talent strategy, managing key client relationships, leading a team of agents or managers, and driving the commercial and career growth of our represented talent.
What you will be working on? - Responsibilities
* Set and lead the agency’s overall talent representation strategy for digital-first creators, ensuring alignment with industry trends and long-term client success
* Lead high-level deal negotiations including brand partnerships, licensing, content development, and media appearances
* Act as a key point of contact for high-profile clients, offering strategic career guidance and opportunity curation
* Guide talent through career pivots including traditional entertainment, brand building, product launches, publishing, and broadcast media
* Oversee and mentor a team of junior and senior talent managers or agents
Requirements
* 6+ years of experience in digital talent representation, ideally within a top-tier talent agency
* Deep knowledge of the digital creator landscape, including influencer marketing, content monetization, and multi-platform strategy
* Proven track record of signing and scaling talent careers in both digital and traditional media
* Experience negotiating high-value deals with brands, platforms, or production companies
* Strong leadership and team management experience
