Unpack Agency is a marketplace growth agency helping FMCG brands thrive on platforms like Amazon and TikTok Shop. We’re a team of brand builders and marketplace operators working hands-on with exciting startups and challenger brands across the UK and Europe.
We’re now looking for a part-time (4 days/week) TikTok Shop Account Manager to take ownership of key accounts — managing both day-to-day operations and paid media execution. You’ll be working directly with our clients, ensuring their products perform through engaging content, strategic campaigns, and coordinated affiliate/influencer activity.
Manage TikTok Shop accounts end-to-end for a portfolio of brands — from setup to scaling.
Plan product launches, content strategy, and affiliate/influencer coordination in collaboration with our creators and clients.
Monitor GMV, sales performance, stock, returns, and content-to-cart conversion.
Review performance metrics and provide regular reports and actionable insights to clients.
Collaborate with internal and external team members (video editors, creators, paid media specialists) to execute growth plans.
Maintain strong communication with clients to keep them informed, supported, and confident in performance.
Experience managing TikTok Shop accounts
Hands-on experience running TikTok Ads, including setup, optimisation, and performance analysis
Data-driven approach — confident reading metrics and adjusting strategies to hit targets
Ability to manage multiple accounts and timelines
Familiarity with FMCG, beauty, wellness or DTC brand spaces
Work remotely.
