Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role as a Training Materials Quality Analyst based in the Manchester Area, United Kingdom. The role involves ensuring the accuracy and quality of training materials, implementing quality control and assurance processes, and collaborating with teams to maintain high-quality standards. The Training Materials Quality Analyst will analyze learning content, identify improvement opportunities, and provide feedback to align materials with company objectives. Additionally, the role includes conducting regular quality assessments and adhering to quality management protocols to enhance the organization’s learning resources.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in Quality Control, Quality Assurance, and Quality Management processes
* Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating training materials and identifying improvement areas
* Excellent Communication skills to collaborate with teams and provide constructive feedback
* Attention to detail and the ability to uphold high-quality standards
* Experience in the educational, training, or regulatory sector is a plus
* Understanding of adult learning principles and training material development is an advantage
* Proficient in using quality management tools and systems
