If so, then you could be the newest addition to our team as Apprentice Export and Customs Coordinator.\n\nBe part of the movement â and play your part\n\nAbout the role\n\nWeâre offering an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to join our export and customs team.\n\nYou will be responsible for:\n\nâ¢\tWorking any 5 days from 7 on an 8-hour shift pattern, with opportunities for overtime.\nâ¢\tLearning and supporting the customs documentation process for goods moving from the UK into the EU\nâ¢\tFollowing clear procedures to ensure compliance with customs regulations\nâ¢\tAssisting with data entry and document checks\nâ¢\tSupporting the team with administrative tasks and customer queries\nâ¢\tGaining hands-on experience while working towards a Business Administration Apprenticeship.\n\nYouâll be part of a friendly and knowledgeable team that values accuracy, teamwork, and continuous learning. Full training will be provided, and youâll be supported every step of the way as you build your skills and confidence.\n Along with a full company induction and internal training on systems, you will be working toward an Administration Apprenticeship. The SCQF Level 6 Business and Administration apprenticeship is designed to equip those working in business and administration with the skills and knowledge they need to demonstrate competence in their job role. You donât need any prior experience, just a keen eye for detail, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to follow clear processes. You should be comfortable working as part of a team and open to learning new systems and procedures.
