We are excited to offer a rewarding opportunity for a Production Line Leader to join Wilson's Country in Craigavon, County Armagh. As a key member of our production team, we are looking for someone who is hands-on to lead the team on the line ensuring production expectations are achieved.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise and lead a team of production line workers to ensure efficient operations
* Set up, operate, and oversee the production machinery
* Monitor production processes aand complete efficient changeovers
* Maintain quality control and hygiene standards
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
* Train employees on production procedures and safety protocols
* Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient processess
Person Specification:
* A minimum of 1 year's previous experience as a machine operatorin a manufacturing or industrial environment
* Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and engage a team
* Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
* Knowledge of health and safety regulations
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
