Are you an experienced education recruiter with a proven track record of building a successful desk and a natural flair for leadership?
Ready to level up, become the right-hand to the Associate Director, and play a pivotal role in strategic growth and future planning?
If that’s a yes, this could be exactly the opportunity you’ve been waiting for.
The Opportunity
Our Manchester City Centre office is thriving—ambitious, collaborative, and on a serious growth trajectory. With major expansion plans in motion, now is the perfect time to step in and take ownership of a growing division.
We’re looking for a Divisional Manager with experience across the SEND, Primary, or Secondary sectors, ideally with a strong 360 temporary background and proven leadership skills.

* Lead and develop a team of consultants within the education division
* Drive divisional growth, performance, and profitability
* Oversee multiple 360 temporary desks while supporting team billing success
* Build and maintain senior client relationships across schools and education providers
* Act as a strategic partner to Associate Directors on growth initiatives
* Coach, mentor, and develop consultants to reach their full potential
* Create and execute strategic plans for business expansion
* Ensure compliance and safeguarding standards are consistently met
* Foster a high-performance, collaborative team culture
Why This Role is Different
We’re not your typical education recruiters—we do things differently. From innovative initiatives like Make Life Kind to creative campaigns such as Unbottled by Milk, we bring energy, creativity, and impact into everything we do.
What You’ll Get in Return
* Uncapped commission + leadership bonus structure
* Clear, structured career progression
* 23 days holiday + 8 bank holidays + your birthday + charity days
* Hybrid working (2–3 days from home per month)
* Wellness Wednesdays & early finish Fridays
* Online doctor service + critical illness cover
* Office perks including dogs, Friday drinks & in-house bar
* Ongoing personal and professional development
* Free mortgage consultation
* Two major annual company events + regular socials
Culture isn’t just a buzzword here—it’s something we genuinely live and breathe.
