You’ll join a high‑performing team reporting to a Divisional Manager with over 10 years of market success. There are established client relationships and active business ready to work on — meaning you can start billing quickly — but there is still huge scope to develop new partnerships and truly make the desk your own.
This is not a “sit back and account manage” role.
You’ll still be a relationship‑building machine — growing existing accounts, winning new business, and positioning yourself as a market expert.
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience in recruitment (sector experience not essential)
* A driven, ambitious mindset with strong commercial awareness
* Someone who thrives in a full 360 role
* A natural relationship builder who enjoys developing long‑term partnerships
* Motivated by progression, earnings, and building something meaningful
The Role – Full 360 Recruitment
You’ll take ownership of a desk with warm clients and live roles, while:
* Building and nurturing long‑term client and candidate relationships
* Expanding existing accounts and identifying new business opportunities
* Interviewing candidates and matching them to live vacancies
* Mapping talent pools using LinkedIn, job boards, and proactive sourcing
* Developing your personal brand across social, phone, and email
* Driving consistent billings through relationship‑led recruitment
You’ll have a head start — but your growth will come from your ability to build, influence, and develop trust in the market.
