We're Book A Chef, the hospitality staffing specialists shaking up how pubs, restaurants, hotels, care homes, and event spots find top notch temporary chefs. We mix old school recruitment charm with our slick online booking platform to make everyone's life easier, no more last minute kitchen panics!

What You'll Be Getting Up To:
Building networks of talented chefs in your region, you will do this by being brilliant at database management and record keeping
Matching chefs to shifts like a pro, keeping kitchens fully staffed and happy.
Chatting with venue managers and chefs to build long lasting relationships (youll be the friendly face/voice they trust)
Jumping in to sort any hiccups (no shows or other issues)
Managing and scheduling daily shifts ensuring maximum fulfilment
Onboarding new chefs with video interviews, checking compliance, and keeping payroll up to date.
Keeping our CRM sparkling clean and following our smooth processes
Following daily processes and completing essential admin tasks like a pro
We're Looking For Someone Who:
Comfortable with tech and picks up new tools and software (like our CRM) with ease. IT literacy is essential. (We dont need a software genius, just someone who is willing to learn and pick things up in an ever changing technological environment.)
Has bundles of personality confident on the phone, builds rapport in seconds, and makes people smile
Is super organised, proactive and owns their workload and can deal with shifting priorities. Self motivation is key!
Can juggle a database, follow processes and thrive on success
Bonus Points If You've Got:
Experience in hospitality, recruitment, operations, or B2B account management
Know how in managing a region or client portfolio
Ideal for candidates with a background in hospitality management, including roles such as General Manager, Restaurant Manager, or Restaurant Supervisor.
