Role: Paralegal - Commercial Property

Reports to: Department Manager

Office base: Wigan, WN3 5BA

Hours:35 hours per week, Mon - Fri

The role:

The role involves supporting and assisting fee earners inprogressing a varied caseload of Commercial Property transactions and, where appropriate, to deal with clients and their affairs in an effective and professional manner under direct supervision.

The role involves a range of tasks such as drafting documents, conducting due diligence, coordinating transactions, and preparing completion statements. This variety keeps the work interesting and engaging.

The nature of commercial property transactions demands a high level of detail-oriented work, giving you the opportunity to enhance and refine your analytical skills.

Commercial property is a continually evolving field and is integral to the economy, involving retail, office spaces, industrial properties, and large-scale developments, ensuring ongoing demand for skilled paralegals like you!

About You:

Essential:-

* 5 GCSE’s including English and Maths at C and above.
* Experience of admin duties
* Experience of answering the telephone
* Good standard of computer literacy
* Excellent communication skills at all levels, both face to face and over the telephone
* Organisation and time Management Skills

Desirable:-

* A relavenant degree or working towards.
* Experience of using a Case Management system

Personality/Other Qualities

* Discretion and ability to work in a confidential environment
* Pleasant, approachable, patient, polite
* Ability to work as part of a team
