Role: Paralegal - Commercial Property
Reports to: Department Manager
Office base: Wigan, WN3 5BA
Hours:35 hours per week, Mon - Fri

The role:
The role involves supporting and assisting fee earners inprogressing a varied caseload of Commercial Property transactions and, where appropriate, to deal with clients and their affairs in an effective and professional manner under direct supervision.

About You:
Essential:-
* 5 GCSE’s including English and Maths at C and above.
* Experience of admin duties
* Experience of answering the telephone
* Good standard of computer literacy
* Excellent communication skills at all levels, both face to face and over the telephone
* Organisation and time Management Skills
Desirable:-
* A relavenant degree or working towards.
* Experience of using a Case Management system
Personality/Other Qualities
* Discretion and ability to work in a confidential environment
* Pleasant, approachable, patient, polite
* Ability to work as part of a team
