Key Responsibilities
* Provide comprehensive administrative support across the school.
* Manage pupil records and maintain accurate data using SIMS.
* Handle telephone and email enquiries professionally.
* Support attendance monitoring and reporting.
* Assist with admissions, enrolment, and student documentation.
* Prepare correspondence, reports, and school communications.
* Maintain confidential records in line with data protection requirements.
* Support senior leaders and teaching staff with administrative tasks.
* Welcome visitors and provide front-of-house reception support when required.
Essential Requirements
* Previous administrative experience within a school environment.
* Strong working knowledge of SIMS (School Information Management System).
* Experience using Microsoft Teams and the wider Microsoft Office suite.
* Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
* High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
* Understanding of confidentiality and safeguarding responsibilities within an educational setting.
Desirable
* Experience supporting attendance, admissions, or examinations administration.
* Knowledge of school policies and procedures.
* Experience working in a primary or secondary school setting
