Role Overview: My client are seeking an exceptional Account Executive to join their growing team! This is a dynamic role combining sales, client relationship management, and administrative support. Responsibilities: * Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients * Identify and generate new sales opportunities * Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing * Support the hospital team with administrative tasks * Stay up to date with industry trends and company offerings * Proactively drive sales through outbound calls, cold outreach, networking, and lead generation * Clearly communicate the value proposition to prospective clients to support business growth * Conduct client follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and identify new opportunities * Maintain accurate and timely records in CRM systems, ensuring data integrity * Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth onboarding and renewals * Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and client-facing engagements Person Specification: * Demonstrated success in generating and converting sales leads * Proven experience in a sales team or customer service environment * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Strong attention to detail, particularly in data entry and reporting * Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and CRM systems * Capable of managing multiple client relationships and prioritising workload effectively * Service-oriented mindset with a focus on client satisfaction * Willingness to travel to meet clients as needed Preferred skills and qualifications: * Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in business or related discipline * Experience in healthcare industry through qualification or work Package: * Flexible, hybrid working * Supportive and collaborative team culture - everyone is passionate about what they do, acts with integrity and shows accountability * Clear progression path
