MacGillivray Construction Ltd is looking for a trustworthy and driven individual to join the team. We specialise in extensions and timber frame house new builds to a high ecological standard. The successful applicant will be enthusiastic and flexible to assist with multiple aspects of the business, including groundworks and joinery aswell as being flexible to maintain organisation of the workshop, building sites and other general tasks to support the current team.
Ideal Applicants Need To Be
* Experience in all building site works, joinery and use of tools beneficial but not essential.
* Physically fit
* Ability to work to own initiative, as well as part of a team
* Positive and professional attitude towards work
* Reliable and organised
* Articulate and numerate
* Hold a current UK driving license
* Relevant qualifications will be an asset
* Health & safety aware
* Open to relevant or specialised training
Job details
* Full time position - Monday – Friday with weekend work often available
* Holidays as per government recommendation and based on hours
