Chief of Staff to UHNWI

Location: Richmond, 5 days at the household
Our client, a UHNWI, is seeking a well-versed, highly organised Chief of Staff to come and in run the daily operations of their household. Based at their gorgeous new home, located within walking distance from Richmond Park, you will build an incredible repour with the family and not only manage their London home but their international properties too. As no two days are the same, they are looking for an individual, who can hit the ground running, having worked at this previously.
Main responsibilities:
\t
* Researching and arranging all family holidays, flights (private jets), villas, passports
\t
* Travelling ahead of each trip to ensure their house is set up and ready ahead of their arrival.
\t
* Managing their three properties (London, Scotland, and Sweden)
\t
* Ensure all matters relating to the children, school, nanny, and personal plans, holidays, are managed (pickups, dentist and laundry)
\t
* Setting up schedules for the staff, nannies, and contractors
\t
* Handling all house renovations and liaising with external contractors
\t
* Ensure all teams (nannies and staff) are supported, adequately trained, and well managed
\t
* To run and manage all recruitment of new staff, e.g., senior housekeeper, chef, gardener, and pool cleaner are all needed
\t
* Daily diary and inbox management to them to ensure every day runs smoothly
\t
* Liaising with her husband’s PA to ensure their diary are in sync
\t
* Wardrobe management, including packing and unpacking
\t
* Managing returns to the post office and all the administration around this
\t
* Handling tax returns, invoicing, budgets, and any other financial administration.
\t
* Any other duties commensurate with the role
The Person:

* Private PA and Household management experience
\t
* Happy to travel as and when needed to their properties
\t
* Ability to manage, prioritise, and action a large number of tasks
\t
* Calm, professional, and happy work on their own in a house
\t
* Excellent organisational skills
\t
* Ability to lead small teams and work as part of a team
\t
* Confidence when dealing with a broad spectrum of people
\t
* Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise absolute discretion at all times
\t
* Ability to gain the trust of the family
\t
* Proven ability to work calmly when under considerable pressure, to resolve conflicts and find solutions to problems
\t
* Accurate with a superb attention to detail
\t
* Flexible and proactive approach
