Job Title: Multilingual Customer Experience Consultant (German & English Speaking)
Location: London (Hybrid)
Salary: £12.65 per hour + bonus (OTE)
Contract Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Working Hours: Monthly rota covering shifts between 8:00am - 8:00pm, Monday to Saturday. Flexibility required for occasional evenings and weekends.

Job Description
We are seeking a Multilingual Customer Experience Consultant fluent in German and English to join a fast-paced, customer-focused team supporting a global campaign in the lottery and gaming sector.

This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work from home for up to 80% of your time, with occasional office presence required for training, coaching, and business needs.

Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and timely manner
Deliver exceptional customer service and represent the brand with enthusiasm
Collaborate with team leaders to meet service expectations and performance targets
Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and internal processes
Maintain high standards of organisation, reliability, and flexibility
Embrace a culture of learning, innovation, and teamwork
Skills & Experience Required
Fluent in German and English (spoken and written)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong numeracy, literacy, and problem-solving abilities
Previous experience in a contact centre or customer service role (desirable)
Positive attitude and commitment to delivering outstanding customer support

Working Environment
Hybrid working model (80% remote)
Contracted hours: 8:00am - 10:00pm, Monday to Sunday
Campaign support hours: 8:00am - 8:00pm, Monday to Saturday
Flexibility required for occasional evening and weekend shifts
