* Strong UK employment law knowledge

* Proven ability to build capability, influence senior leaders and deliver scalable HR solutions
* Balance of strategic thinking and hands‑on leadership
It’s an advantage if you have
* Experience in complex, service‑led environments
* Exposure to growing or evolving businesses
* Background improving HR processes or systems
* CIPD or equivalent experience
