What youll do:
* End-to-end sales for existing and new customers
* Proactively make outbound calls via phone and Teams to generate leads and build rapport
* Understand customer needs and tailor solutions to deliver value
* Present products, negotiate terms, and close deals
* Use CRM to manage leads, opportunities, and customer interactions
* Provide regular updates to directors and take ownership of personal development
What were looking for:
* 2+ years proven end-to-end sales experience
* Experience in industrial water treatment or scientific industries is a plus
* Skilled in telephone sales and CRM systems (Pipedrive/Unleashed)
* Full UK driving licence
* Determined, customer-focused, and self-motivated
