Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments, ensuring that all areas are presentable and welcoming. This role requires a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional service to our clients.
Duties
* Perform cleaning tasks in designated areas, including offices, student accommodation, communal spaces, and restrooms.
* Ensure all surfaces are dusted, vacuumed, and mopped as required.
* Maintain cleanliness of windows, doors, and other fixtures.
* Dispose of waste responsibly and ensure recycling protocols are followed.
* Communicate effectively with clients to understand their cleaning needs and preferences.
* Drive to various locations as needed to perform cleaning duties.
* Adhere to health and safety regulations while using cleaning products and equipment.
Requirements
* Previous experience in a cleaning role (1 year).
* Strong communication skills in English to interact with clients and team members effectively.
* Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
* A valid driving licence is advantageous for travel between locations.
