SEN Teaching Assistant - Hythe

Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with special educational needs? We are seeking caring, enthusiastic and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants to join our supportive team Hythe and surrounding areas.
About the Role:
As an SEN TA, you will work closely with teachers and support staff to provide tailored assistance to pupils with a range of additional needs. Your role will be key in helping students to engage with learning, build confidence, and develop independence.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide one-to-one and small group support to pupils with SEN.
Assist with classroom activities, behaviour support, and personalised learning plans.
Encourage inclusion, resilience and positive learning experiences.
Work collaboratively with teachers, SENCO and external professionals.
We are looking for someone who:
Is patient, compassionate, and adaptable.
Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Can build strong relationships with children, staff, and families.
Ideally has experience working with SEN pupils (though training can be provided).
Holds an Enhanced Child Workforce DBS on the update service or willing to apply.What we offer:
