About The Role
We’re looking for passionate people to join our Butlin’s Team. Our teams create unforgettable experiences for our guests, and we are currently seeking fantastic team members for our Caravan Sales Team. The ideal candidate takes pride in delivering excellent customer service and can build strong, lasting relationships with new and existing owners. Previous experience in caravan sales is preferred but not essential. Working alongside a supportive team, we will help you develop the skills and confidence needed to succeed.
This permanent role involves 40 hours per week, working 5 days over 7, including weekends.

About You
No experience is necessary to join our teams. If you have a warm, friendly manner and enjoy talking to people, we can teach you the essentials of the role. If you do have previous experience, we would love to hear from you.
The successful candidate will deliver first-class, memorable sales experiences for our existing and prospective owners. Your personality should be warm and engaging, capable of greeting potential owners and showcasing what Butlin’s has to offer. You will make a variety of calls, including sales calls, demonstrating a polite and effective telephone manner. You will also support new owners beyond the sales process, ensuring their holiday home experience meets expectations and continues to delight them. Being a great team player and enjoying a busy environment is essential. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends is required; please share your availability during the application process.
