Job Title: Maintenance Assistant Pay: £15 per hour
Monday-Friday 08:00-16:00
Location - Ashton-Under-Lyne
Main Duties include:
* Setting the priorities for maintenance and repairs
* Carrying out repairs to buildings fabric
* All round handyman capable of a range of odd jobs
* Good communication skills, able to follow clear instructions
* Working with external contractors
Skills and Qualifications:
* Enhanced DBS
* Experiance in Plumbing, Joinery, Plastering
* NVQ's desirable
