We are seeking an individual to join our Business Information Systems team on a 6-month fixed term basis as a Business Analyst to support the upgrade of the firm's Practice Management System (PMS). This role involves working closely with stakeholders across legal and business services teams to understand current processes, identify improvement opportunities, and ensure that both business and technical requirements are accurately captured and documented. The Analyst will be responsible for documenting existing workflows and integrations, aiding testing, and producing training materials to support the delivery of a modernized PMS system.
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Business Analyst with a proven track record of delivering IT system upgrades. Candidates should have excellent documentation skills, including process mapping, and be confident using tools such as Visio, Excel, and Project or similar platforms. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for building effective relationships with colleagues and stakeholders. The ability to manage priorities precisely and work collaboratively across teams is crucial. Stakeholder engagement and interpersonal skills are vital, along with the initiative to work independently.
