Job Description
As a Keyholder at Levi’s, you will work in an environment where change and ideas are celebrated. You will serve as a vital link between our products and customers, supporting and assisting our Stylists.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Delivering the highest level of customer service through teamwork and embodying our brand values.
2. Supporting the Store Management team with daily tasks and store duties.
3. Motivating, supporting, and encouraging the sales team to provide exceptional customer service and achieve personal targets.
4. Providing guidance and direction to the sales team to aid their development and ensure KPIs are met.
5. Maintaining strong visual standards across the store.
6. Assisting with deliveries and stockroom organization.
7. Taking responsibility for opening and closing the store in the absence of senior managers.
Sharing our values and passion for the brand is important. We seek someone experienced in driving KPIs and sales targets within retail, with strong customer service skills. Teamwork and supporting management are essential, as is experience in managing a team on the shop floor.
