Nixon McQuade is currently recruiting for a Management Accountant to join a family-owned business in L'Derry. This is an exciting opportunity for a part-qualified or fully qualified accountant to contribute to a growing business and play a key role in financial planning and analysis. The Role: Prepare monthly management accounts and provide insightful analysis on financial performance. Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management. Support month-end and year-end close processes. Monitor and analyse cost variances, identifying areas for improvement. Assist with financial reporting and liaise with external auditors. Provide financial support to operational teams and senior management for decision-making. The Person: Part-qualified or fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent). Previous experience in a management accounting role is desirable. Proficiency in accounting software and Excel. Excellent attention to detail, organisational, and communication skills.
